Have you ever wanted to drive on North America's fastest racing circuit? Or open up your car in a safe, legal environment? Want to develop your driving skills even further to make you a safer driver on the road and a quicker driver on the track?
Join us at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park's Grand Prix track! The CTMP GP circuit is a high-speed, flowing course that rewards smooth inputs and good vision technique. Lead Coach Jamie Ford will be supervising the day and helping drivers refine their skills.
This is not a competition or a race, but an opportunity to enjoy the feeling of opening up a car on a track in a safe manner. As such, safety is paramount (but having fun is a close second). We will have rules in place for safe passing and marshals stationed at critical corners with warning flags to ensure everyone stays safe and can drive their cars home at the end of the day.
Agenda
- Three run groups, alternating every 20 min
- 8:00 - 9:00: Registration, waivers, and continental breakfast in the GP Event Centre
- 8:15 - 8:45: 30 min. classroom for Novices Mandatory for all drivers with less than 3 days of track experience or who haven't driven on the GP track
- 8:45 - 9:00: Mandatory Driver’s Meeting for all participants
- *If you miss the driver's meeting, you will need to see Lead Coach Jamie Ford for approval before being allowed on track
- 9:00 - 12:00: Advanced Drivers - 20 min / Intermediate Drivers - 20 min / Novice Drivers - 20 min
- 12:00 - 13:00: Lunch (track closed)
- 13:00 - 17:00: Advanced Drivers - 20 min / Intermediate Drivers - 20 min / Novice Drivers - 20 min

All packages include track access, continental breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverages (catering is subject to availability if booking less than 7 days in advance).

Please note: RCLUB and Bexley Motor Club Drivers with less than 3 days of track experience or those who have not driven on the GP track will need approval from Lead Coach Jamie Ford before they can drive solo. Coaches will be available for novice RCLUB and Bexley Motor Club Drivers, at the cost of $350 + HST in addition to the track access fee above.
Guest Driver Costs
Guest Drivers must be invited by an RCLUB or Bexley Motor Club Member.
Guest Drivers with less than 3 days of track experience or those who have not driven on the GP track will require a coach at the cost of $350 + HST in addition to the track access fee below.

Spectator Costs
f you're curious about our private track day experience but aren't yet ready to get behind the wheel, get yourself a spectator ticket! You can ride right seat with some of our experienced track drivers in a variety of vehicles. If you'd rather watch from the sidelines, that's OK too!

Daily Track Car Rentals
For the first time years, RCLUB is offering track day rentals for our DDT and GP track days! The rental gives you full access to one of the vehicles for the duration of our track day. You will have Brian Bourne to assist you with getting to know his race cars and will be available all day to answer any questions!

Equipment
Helmets are mandatory for all drivers and ride-along passengers. Helmets need to be at least DOT approved, and preferably Snell approved (SA or M are both acceptable for track days). Open or closed face are both acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available until June 17 at 5:00pm (30 days before event). From June 17 onwards, refunds will only be available if we can fill your spot from the waiting list. The same policy applies to any coaching sessions booked.
Deadlines
Drivers who require coaching must register by June 24 at 5:00pm. Drivers with three days of track experience who are approved to drive solo can register up until event day, subject to the rates described above (space permitting).
